Good concept, but their typing interface looks like it would be awkward. (Especially to have the thing propped up in a position where you can use both hands for typing and still see what you are typing.) Small typing areas lead to carpal tunnel. And I have my doubts about using the touch-slide finger move to scroll through pages; it seems awkward, and when you have pages full of links, you have to be very careful with your hands not to activate one of the links instead. A small 4-key set of arrows in one corner would probably work better.

Other than that... very cool.

I think most of your concerns have been addressed with the development of the iPhone touchscreen. It is very accurate it sensing what you intend to click. Swiping is amazing with touch screens. Have you ever played around with an iPhone? I think the added screen real estate will only make the touch screen experience better.

They also have the physical keyboard dock that stands the tablet up like a screen if you are doing extensive typing.

I think I played around with a brother's iPhone once, and couldn't get it to do what I wanted. But that was just a few minutes, not any serious time to learn how it worked.

Standing the screen up while you're typing is good... also being able to plug in an ergonomic keyboard if you want to do serious typing would be even better. Does it have office apps on it (Word/Excel/Access-like)? I'm guessing it doesn't have an app for playing WoW. Working in those kind of laptop capabilities would make it more complete. Still pretty cool, though.

It does have a full fledged office suite. Word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet. It can also connect directly to a projector for presentations.

I think it's rather convenient that your post is for the iPad but the google add on your blog is for the Nexus One.
